Shipping

All wheels are hand built in Czech Republic, and ship from here. For International shipping we use TNT Economy Express service or Postal Airmail, depending on where you live. Shipping wheels is free of charge. Accessories will be shipped for small charge if purchased separately, usually 5-20 EUR.

 

The website is all set up to handle International orders. You will be responsible for all duties and taxes charged by your country.

 

In the event a package arrives damaged, do not open it. Return it to your TNT or Post office store and file an insurance claim. All shipments are insured against damage, but a claim must be filed with TNT or Post office. If you ride the wheels that have been damaged in shipping, you will forfeit the PINE WHEELS warranty and any shipping insurance offered by TNT or Post office.
